2020 Syrah

With aromas of chocolate, barbecue sauce, blackberry, brown sugar and black pepper this wine is truly deserving of being named after the Washington's master spy.

A powerful, full bodied Syrah offers rich and well integrated tannins along with flavors of prunes, blackberries, Luxardo maraschino cherries, dark cocoa, and charred cedar. An exceptionally long finish.

We recommend pairing with light cheeses such as burrata (a rich man’s cottage cheese), chèvre or Brie. For a main, turkey, duck or pork chops are sure to be a hit. For dessert, chocolate cake!
