Beautifully colored with hints of purple. This Cabernet has expressive aromas of dark fruits, cherry, coconut, and sweet spice as well as traces of raspberry, rose hip, and anise.

Rich and ripe on the palate, with chalky tannins and spicy flavors of licorice, graphite, and dense fruit.  Nicely balanced.

Pairings: lasagna, earthy, mushrooms, beef, charcuterie.
