Our first blend offers aromas of Luxardo cherry, saw dust, sage, candied blueberry, satsuma, chicory, cherry cola, figs, prunes, and graham cracker.
The one-third Petite Sirah deepens and smooths the Cabernet, adding dimension to the color and exciting the perimeter of the palate. Upon entry, it has dense, upfront tannins that are chalky and complimented by bright acidity. The texture of pencil shavings and flavors menthol carry this medium weight cuvee.
Pairings: aged gouda, hard sheeps milk cheese, red sauce and pasta, Bolognese.
